How we work with DXP

In DXP we always work with tickets. Each DXP ticket is a single duplicate case opened between two owners of two FIFA IDs (Member Associations or other systems like e.g. TMS). Within such a ticket, two parties collaborate, exchange documents and reach a decision: duplicate or not. In the data fixing phase, DXP gives specific instruction and allows for the validation of data fixing activities that should be performed by one of the MAs.

We highly suggest checking out our article on how to create, manage and solve DXP tickets: Step-by-Step Guide to Solving DXP Cases.

Remember: every duplicate case should become a ticket in DXP.

Why DXP Matters

Our goal is to strengthen cooperation and communication between Member Associations while elevating the accuracy of data across systems. DXP empowers you to determine the identity of internationally transferred players and therefore ensure the correct assignment of a FIFA ID to your players effectively and efficiently, all within a secure and controlled environment.

Key Features and Benefits

Enhanced Communication: DXP facilitates clear and concise communication between users, promoting efficient collaboration and problem-solving. In case you are unsure whether a certain player has a duplicated FIFA ID or has been registered with another Member Association, you don’t have to send emails to potentially outdated contacts at other Member Associations anymore; DXP will automatically route your request to the correct contact.

Data Quality Improvement: By resolving duplicate person records, DXP ensures accurate information is maintained across different systems, minimizing errors and operational disruptions during transfers. In particular, it therefore helps Member Associations to ensure their clubs can automatically receive training rewards through the FIFA Clearing House.

Security First: Data security is FIFA’s top priority. DXP offers a secure way to exchange sensitive documents, with automatic deletion after a specified period, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. A manual exchange of sensitive documents through email can be avoided.

Your Feedback Matters

We value your experience and insights. Your feedback will be instrumental in refining DXP to meet the needs of users like you. Whether it's usability, functionality, or any aspect that catches your attention, we want to hear from you. Your input will contribute to making DXP an indispensable tool for Member Associations aiming to enhance data accuracy and collaboration.

If you have any comments, suggestions, or have encountered any issues while using our application, please do not hesitate to share your thoughts with us. We thank you in advance for your valuable contributions and your commitment to helping us improve.

Notifications: Daily reminder about open tickets

We would like to inform you that the system is now configured to send a daily notification to your Member Association. This notification will alert you in two instances: when a new ticket is assigned to your association, and when an existing ticket is updated and requires your attention.

These notifications are designed to ensure that you are promptly informed about relevant tickets, allowing for timely review and action on your part.
