From that moment on you will have two options:

  • if this is your first email to us the system will automatically create a user for you. You will receive an email with  an option to activate your user and set password. You don't have to do it but if you do, it will be possible to take action on your ticket (e.g. add comments or attachments) without sending emails.
  • alternatively, you may simply continue the conversation via email, without activating your user.
