As part of our ongoing collaboration, we would like to briefly revisit some key principles of how the FIFA Connect ID Service interacts with your system. With multiple platforms and processes involved across the football ecosystem, it can sometimes be helpful to go back to basics.

Your system is integrated with the FIFA Connect ID Service, and all relevant operations are synchronised automatically. While FIFA Connect generates and manages FIFA IDs centrally, you remain the owner of player data within your National Registration System (NRS).

In practice, this means that any data corrections or updates should be made directly in your NRS. Once adjusted locally, the information will synchronise with the Connect ID Service accordingly. Maintaining accurate and complete player data at Member Association level is essential to ensuring smooth and reliable operations across systems.
