One of the core principles behind the FIFA Connect ID ecosystem is our unique global identifier: the FIFA ID. The idea is simple, every person involved in football from players to coaches, referees, and beyond should be correctly registered and uniquely identified across all national registration systems and unified by one global identifier.

What can the FIFA ID do for you?


  • Training compensation: Consistent player records help ensure clubs receive what they are entitled to when players become professionals or are involved in an international transfer where the FIFA Clearing House is involved. Missing registrations can mean missed money for your clubs who helped develop tomorrow's global football stars.
  • Automatic Electronic Player Passport generation: Complete registration enables TMS to generate EPPs without manual work, speeding up clearances and reducing errors.
